The children have been making igloos for our polar animals. They used sugar cubes for ice blocks and had to pick them up using tweezers. This activity is part of our topic on hot and cold. The children will be investigating different materials over this half term to tie in with this topic. The class are also very excited and busy planning our new upstairs area. We are changing this into a frozen land.
